I can also assist you with creating terms and conditions, as well as privacy policies and other legal requirements for your company website.
If you are forming or restructuring your business, I can handle incorporation and business partner operating agreements. You want someone capable handling these important issues upfront, so you don’t have messy situations later on.
For services like entity formation and contract creation, I can offer flat rates. Depending on your specific needs, I can generate a quote in our first meeting so that you can estimate costs and determine your needs.
Disputes
If you have a dispute you need my assistance in resolving, I’ll offer you my hourly rate, but the total cost of resolving the issue will depend largely on what I learn from the other side. Depending on how open they are to working towards a resolution, I can then give you a more accurate quote of hours needed to find a positive result for both sides.
I know that new businesses (and existing ones!) are often operating on small budgets, and so I work hard to keep communication open throughout the process so you always know where things stand. I’ll never overwork a case or tack on extra projects to send your bill higher; I’d rather have a happy client with a great outcome than a huge fee at the end of the day.
